Our story
In the Macconi district, nestled between the rolling hills of Acate (RG) and the Dirillo river, stands our estate: 124 hectares of organic agriculture where passion and respect for the land have been passed down since 1998. A unique territory, shaped by the wind and enriched by mineral waters and the sun of south-eastern Sicily.

Location
Just a few steps from the sea of Marina di Acate, in an area rich in biodiversity and close to historic villages such as Donnalucata, Scoglitti and Ragusa Ibla (a UNESCO World Heritage site). Perfect for those seeking nature, culture, and tradition.
Cefalà Cooperative: quality and transparency from the land to the customer
The facility where Tenuta Macconi operates is located in Bagheria (PA) and is managed by the Cefalà Cooperative, a modern center for the processing, packaging, and marketing of organic citrus fruits.
A certified supply chain
All fresh produce from “Azienda Agricola 2000” arrives daily at our facility and is immediately processed. The supply chain is certified organic (ECOGRUPPO ITALIA) and complies with Global G.A.P. and HACCP protocols.

Certified Organic Farming
Since 1998, the estate's lands have been farmed according to organic farming methods (Reg. EC 834/07 and Reg. EU 2018/848) and are monitored by the ECOGRUPPO Italia Control and Certification Body, which guarantees their origin and authenticity.
