Among the sandy dunes, that once dominated the landscape of a small hamlet of the eastern Sicily, permeated with the fresh scent of the citrus blossom that can be breathed in the citrus groves, even today it is possible to experience that innate love for the land, handed down with wise wisdom by the generations that preceded us.
The company produces the most famous premature, seasonal and late varieties of citruses, concentrating on those varieties that are well known, certificated and the most required by the consumers. The varietal selection of our citruses has been well pondered and aspires to offer citruses to an ever more exacting market for a longer period during the year.
Nowadays, the company vineyards cover an area of 13 hectares: they are cultivated and cured in full compliance with the environment, thanks to the research of the best sun exposure for the grapes and the constant care of the lines’ cultivation, conducted without forcing and polluting treatments.
We grow our vineyards combining wisely the ancient traditions and the modern technologies, succeeding, in this way, in preserving the characteristics of the land on which they are cultivated
Approximately 1200 olive trees surround our estate. Our cultivars, strictly biological, are Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice, that have been wisely chosen in order to give birth to an extra virgin olive oil, that can have the characteristics of both cultivars.
