Our citrus and wildflower honey is produced by Apis mellifera sicula, a precious native Sicilian subspecies at risk of extinction. Raising them is not only a production choice, but a concrete commitment to the biodiversity of our land.
Cold-extracted and unprocessed, our honey retains all its active properties intact: antioxidants, antibacterial compounds, and the authentic aromas of the Mediterranean. A genuine product, just as nature intended.
Harvested in April in the Ragusa area, this is the honey of the orange blossom. Light in color with an amber hue, it has a delicate floral scent and a fruity flavor. An excellent antioxidant, detoxifying, and calming honey. Sicilian citrus honey is among the most prized for both its taste and beneficial properties.
Produced from April to August, this is a varied honey, ranging in color from yellow to brown, with an intense yet delicate aroma. Versatile in the kitchen, it is ideal for sweetening tea and milk or for making homemade desserts. Our Ragusa wildflower honey reflects the biodiversity of our land.
